We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations General Manager to lead our team and uphold our high standards of excellence.
Position Summary: The Operations General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Molly's In Soulard, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front and back of house, to ensure seamless service and high standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, manage expenses, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing customer feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage special events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
