We are seeking a Seasoned Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and filing in District and Federal Court
  • Preparing trial note books and accompanying lawyers in trial
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with discovery
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Record and store client information
  • speaking with client and conducting intakes

​Qualifications:

  • a minimum of 5 years prior experience as a paralegal
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
