JOB DESCRIPTION

Success in this position is defined by:

  • Demonstrating proficiency in all front desk operations protocols.

  • Following and completing all esthetic operations protocols.

  • Exhibiting expertise in all soft touch services listed on the lash + company service menu.

  • Conducting effective client consultations, actively listening to their needs and desires, and utilizing before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction. Accurate documentation of treatments is essential using approved Lash and Company Electronic Devices.

  • Ensuring that client paperwork, including intake forms and treatment records, is completed accurately and thoroughly. Securely storing client records, including digital files such as before and after photos taken on Lash and Company electronic devices.

  • Maintaining a professional and courteous bedside manner.

  • Providing follow-up contact with clients within 24-48 hours after their service.

  • Regularly seeking client referrals and reviews.

  • Staying up-to-date on lash + company's treatments, protocols, and products.

  • Actively participating in continuing education, attending in-spa workshops, classes, promotional events, and any other required on-the-job training or meetings.

  • Demonstrating a willingness to integrate lash + company protocols, standards, and best practices.

  • Attending lash + company training meetings.

  • Prescribing appropriate skincare regimens and recommending products tailored to each client's unique needs. Our providers are well-versed and trained in the use of Revision Skincare.

  • Demonstrating strong service sales skills.

  • Exhibiting proficiency in front desk duties, including greeting clients in person or on the phone, and accurately processing client transactions. Assisting client service partners when requested.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after performing services. Assisting in overall spa cleanliness and adhering to lash + company's cleanliness standards using company tools and checklists.

  • Adhering to the dress code and all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.

  • Establishing effective communication with clients, peers, and management.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including one closing shift and one weekend day.
