We are an RV repair shop based in Caddo Mills, TX and we also provide mobile repairs within a 25 mile radius. We are looking for all skill levels and have multiple positions to fill. Pay based on experience. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined. If you are a Jack of all trades, or even a Jack of just a few trades, we may be a good fit for you

No engine work will be required. No weekends required.

An ideal candidate may have experience in any of the following areas: RV repair, "Handyman" experience, or general home repair experience. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair or other applicable trades.

Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills are required. We will train the right candidate, but you must possess the ability to research, problem solve, and/or diagnose issues by utilizing websites, manuals, diagrams, forums, ect.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, but also the ability to be a self-starter when working alone or unsupervised. 
  • Problem solving and attention to detail 
  • Customer service through excellent customer communication and professionalism 
  • Time management: Complete work orders within time billed to customer
  • Ability to learn and retain information through verbal, visual, and hands on training
  • Document and photograph all needed repairs as well as all completed repairs
  • Must be able to work outside or in un-climate controlled environments
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic 
  • Valid drivers licenses
