Job Description:
We're looking for a customer service-oriented Arcade Attendant to join our team and help us create a fun and safe environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the responsibilities for the arcade and assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervising arcade and ensuring adherence to rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain and report necessary repairs for arcade games and equipment.
• Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage while maintaining the cleanliness of the arcade.
• Sell merchandise and game credits.
• Educate customers on how the game card system works.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Can lift up to 100lbs.
