We are looking for an enthusiastic passionate individual that possesses the following:
- 2+ years Luxury Retail Visual Merchandising Experience
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- A well-versed knowledge of Women’s and Men’s fashion
- A passion for the latest fashion trends and the ability to style mannequins
- Solid experience in signing with cut vinyl
- Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props
- The ability to move up to 50 pounds, be able to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop as well as be comfortable with heights and working on a ladder
- Ability to travel to Mario’s 310 (Bridgeport) when needed
- Excellent communication skills including a high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate information and ideas to management and team members
- Friendly and welcoming nature
- The ability to work a Saturday schedule and flexible hours in peak business months based on department and store needs
- Be a Self-starter and work well independently and as part of a team with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A love and passion for creating something “NEW” every day
The successful candidate will also need to pay close attention to detail, be creative, innovative, fashion conscious, dependable and punctual as well as have a Positive spirit and “can-do” attitude
