This position requires an intermediate to advanced skillset and proficiency with a variety of experience and resources:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum
  • Computer skills familiar with Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and/or Agtek
  • One or more years of dirt work estimating, modeling, or takeoff experience - Preferred
  • Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Efficient time management skills and a self-starter
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and topographical maps
  • Accurately calculate take-off quantities
  • Organize and prioritize bid opportunities and submit complete bid packages on time
  • This position requires attention to detail
  • Pay is dependent on experience
  • This is an in house position located near Rockwall, Texas
