Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional client service. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to [insert practice areas]. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
  • Assist with case strategy and preparation for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Attend meetings, depositions, and court appearances as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve positive outcomes for clients
  • Stay current on legal developments and trends in relevant practice areas
  • Track and record time for work billed to client matters

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar Indiana
  • 1-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil, construction, contract, insurance litigation. 
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Teams and OneNote
  • Ability to navigate and use Adobe Acrobat
