- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records and confidential client information
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prior experience as a paralegal or in a related legal field is preferred
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of deadlines
- Familiarity with software such as LPS, Tempo, Black Knight, Perfect Practice, MS Office, and E-filing
