**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and general labor tasks. This position involves working on a variety of projects, including construction painting, remodeling, and carpentry tasks. Possibility of pay raise after 30 day probationary period dependent on skills displayed during such time.

**Duties:**

- Perform painting duties such as preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and applying paint to various structures

- Assist with carpentry tasks including fixture installation, frame carpentry, trim carpentry

- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise work

- Conduct construction painting on both interior and exterior surfaces

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in painting and general labor tasks

- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials

- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints

- Proficiency in carpentry skills such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry

- Strong attention to detail and precision in work

- Capability to work independently or as part of a team
