Job DescriptionJob Description

Hollywood law firm is seeking full-time Paralegal for immediate hire. Prior experience with estate planning, real estate or business law is required to be considered. Excellent computer, typing and phone skills is a must. Must be dependable and able to work independently as well as be able to multi-task, be motivated and organized.

Duties include:

  • Drafting pleadings and motions
  • Discovery management including mandatory disclosures, requests to produce and third-party subpoenas
  • Oversee coordination of hearings, generating notices
  • Maintaining electronic file, supervising discovery clerk
  • E-Filing
  • Generating letters
  • Case/client management

Qualifications to apply:

  • At least 3 years of legal assistant/paralegal experience working in a law office environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: specifically Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Attorney Client Management software preferred but not required
  • Experience with e-filing, service of pleadings, scheduling and setting hearings required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Full time position. Salary is commensurate with experience. Long term position with benefits potential.
