**Position Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the cleaning operations within our SERVPRO® Franchise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning supervision and a commitment to maintaining exceptional service quality. This role requires hands-on supervision, effective team leadership, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise post-restoration cleaning and ensure tasks are performed in accordance with company standards and client expectations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to verify quality and adherence to protocols
- Provide training and support to cleaning staff, including onboarding new employees and ongoing development
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning tasks related to restoration projects
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory usage

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a cleaning supervision role, preferably in a restoration or service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in cleaning operations
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management are a plus
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws

**Work Schedule:**

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
