Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Gatehouse Attendant with experience working in luxury residential communities or the hospitality industry. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Fort Myers, Florida location.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Available Schedules:

Morning

• Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
• Sunday Monday 7am-3pm

Evening

• Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
• Sunday Monday 3pm-11pm

Overnight

• Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
• Sunday Monday 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
• Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
• Fire Watch; 24/7 Front Gate Supervision, assisting Fire Department with Site access
• Making sure Gate is properly functioning

Requirements:

• Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
• Must have clean criminal/police record.
• Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
• Must be alert, professional, and reliable.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be professional, mature, and able to stand for long periods of time.
