Join our dynamic dental team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Dental Assistant You'll thrive in our upbeat and tech-savvy environment where culture and positivity are important to us. As a crucial member of our team, you'll seamlessly transition between front and back office duties, ensuring exceptional patient experiences every step of the way.

Key Qualifications:

  • Friendly, Professional, and Respectful: Your warm demeanor and professional attitude will set the tone for patient interactions.

  • Confident in Financial Discussions: Comfortably navigate discussions on financial and insurance matters with patients.

  • Basic Computer Knowledge: We're a high-tech office, so familiarity with computers is essential. Don't worry, we provide training on our software

  • Motivated to Grow: We're looking for someone who's eager to grow with our practice and is driven to excel in their role.

  • Comfortable in Basic Back Office Procedures: Be at ease performing back office duties, including taking records such as X-rays and photos, as well as conducting post-operative checks.

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA)

  • Eaglesoft PMS Knowledge: Experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is a plus

  • Minimum of one year of dental office experience

Main Duties / About the Job:

  • Answering Phones: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.

  • Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently manage our appointment calendar to ensure optimal scheduling and patient flow.

  • Checking Patients In and Out: Welcome patients with a smile, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth checkout process.

  • Discussing and Accepting Payments: Handle financial transactions with confidence and professionalism.

  • Back Office Procedures: Perform various back office tasks, including conducting post-operative checks, taking X-rays, iTero scans, and photos.

Job Type: Part-time (Monday-Wednesday) or Full-time (Monday-Thursday)
