Construction Superintendent

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Project Superintendent position is responsible for oversight of 1 or more construction projects on a micro level. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

1.\tScheduling day to day activity
2.\tScheduling of future construction activity
3.\tMaintain and drive construction schedules to meet or exceed due dates
4.\tComplete 2 week look ahead reports
5.\tComplete daily reports
6.\tMaintain daily communication with OFB Management
7.\tMaintain daily/weekly communication with all project vendors as it pertains to look ahead scheduling and scope of work
8.\tField coordination/supervision of all trades and in-house labor
9.\tTroubleshoot construction issues on site
10.\tEnsure job safety and quality control
11.\tFacilitate all Permitting
12.\tSchedule and facilitate all inspections
13.\tAssemble and ensure completion of punch lists
14.\tFacilitate project start up and close out
15.\tCustomer relationship management

Requirements
1.\t5+ years’ experience as Superintendent on Commercial Construction projects.
2.\tOwn transportation and valid drivers license
3.\tOSHA 30 Certification (preferred, not required)
4.\tUnderstanding of site construction, ground up new construction, and tenant fit outs
5.\tAbility to read and understand construction drawings and documents
6.\tAbility to use email
