LINK Staffing has partnered with our client in Houston to hire Warehouse Associates / General Laborers.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Ability to load and unload trucks for the purpose of distributing to multiple locations

  • Knowledge and experience using a conveyor belt a huge advantage

  • Knowledge of RF scan guns used in shipping and receiving settings also a huge advantage

  • Ability to use hand tools, hand trucks, dollies and other equipment typically found in industrial warehouse settings

  • Ability to work on varied assignments under the instructions or orders of multiple supervisors

  • Requires regular predictable attendance

  • Ability to perform assigned work in a timely manner and in accordance with specified levels of production which will be measured daily

  • Ability to recognize potentially hazardous or dangerous situations in the workplace; ability to perform all work in a safe manner.

  • Work within standards of accuracy and proficiency

Physical Demands:

  • Stand or walk for long periods

  • Use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects

  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl

  • Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be physically capable of heavy manual labor.

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED
