Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced 26-foot box truck driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations within the Wisconsin and Illinois region(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck.

Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record and background check from the last 5-10 years
  • The driver cannot have any moving violations over three (3) years’ time.
  • The driver cannot have any accidents over three (3) years’ time.
  • Proven experience driving a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle. (1 year experience)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform tasks related to loading and unloading.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics or transportation. (1 year required)
  • Knowledge of local routes and streets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
