Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop estimates for the electrical and construction industry
  • Read and interpret project documents including architectural, mechanical and electrical plans
  • Will learn or has knowledge of building, fire and electrical codes and apply them though the estimating process
  • Work with and take direction from construction manager and senior sales staff
  • On the job training provided

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong personal time management, organization and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Electrical estimating and experience with take-off software a plus
  • Must be a positive and growth oriented individual
  • Experience with McCormick a plus

Wages grow as experience, performance and portfolio grow.
