Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and served in a timely manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare smoothies, sandwiches, and salads according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain consistency and presentation of all menu items.

  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and provide change as needed.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or equipment issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
