Job DescriptionJob Description

Customer Service Representative- Answer inbound calls from customers assisting with scheduling rides or receive information on various transportation options, data-entry, light filing,. Must have good telephone manners, attention to detail, listening and communications skills. ability to multi-task strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual (Spanish) or Multilingual skills are a plus), as well as good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Access and some experience with Quick books

Hours: 8:30-4pm with 1/2 hour lunch. Mon-Fri.

 

Additional hours may become available.

 

$19.50 per hour.
