JEC Logistics Solutions is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic team players to deliver packages for the world’s leading ecommerce company. We are locally owned and a rapidly growing company looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time
  • Work with support team to provide exceptional customer service and delight customers
  • Comply with company procedures, DOT policies, attendance requirements, and safety standards in transporting customer orders
  • Operate company vehicle to local customer locations as scheduled in timely, efficient manner
  • Ability to safely climb in and out of vehicle, navigate stairs, problem solve, & deliver packages in all weather conditions
  • Lift a maximum of 50 lbs repeatedly during a 10 hour work shift
  • Handle challenging workload and driving demands as part of core team
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
  • Operate scanner to record shipping and package information

Your Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older & authorized to work in the U.S. with valid driver’s license
  • Able to speak and read English
  • Must be flexible with work schedules due to business needs
  • Must have knowledge of state driving laws (training will be provided)
  • Must successfully pass driving records check and drug screening

Work Schedule:

  • JEC Logistics Solutions delivers packages 7 days a week
  • Typical work schedule is 10 hours per day
  • Drivers generally work 4 days per week with opportunity for overtime

Job Type and Salary:

  • Full time and part time schedules available for qualified candidates
  • W2 employee only
  • Medical, dental, vision benefits available for full-time drivers
  • Gracious Safety and Production incentives can be earned
  • Salary: $15 – $18 / hour DOE
