Job Summary:
Monmouth Cards is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, social media management, email marketing, and advertising. This role is crucial for expanding our brand presence, engaging our community, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Manage daily operations of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost customer retention.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and marketing campaign data to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and brand management.
  • Proficient in email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
