E-Commerce Associate - Jewelry Industry– $20.00-$25.00 per hour + Benefits - Williamsville, NY 14221

The Role

Do you possess 2-5 years of e-commerce account management experience, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are a well-established jewelry manufacturer, looking to appoint an experienced and pro-active E-Commerce Associate to our growing team.

You will undertake various tasks geared towards nurturing and enhancing our business-to-business connections within the jewelry industry. These tasks encompass bringing aboard potential new accounts, actively participating in trade shows, initiating proactive outreach to customers, and supporting management with corporate accounts. While experience in retail or wholesale jewelry is advantageous, it's not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of the company’s e-commerce accounts.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators related to e-commerce sales.
  • Onboard new accounts and ensure existing accounts are operating within agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper inventory management, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Engage in daily outbound calls, inbound calls, email communication, and literature distribution.

The Person

  • 2-5 years of e-commerce account management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Demonstrated success in managing e-commerce accounts.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry, B2B-focused brands, or USA/Canadian companies is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
