Shift:
 - Shift (Graveyard) - Working (Wednesday - Friday 600 pm to 630 am) - (Every other week) Saturday 600 pm to 630 am Off - (Sunday - Tuesday)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts training sessions based on SU materials; suggests and runs on-the-job and classroom training to boost employee performance.
• Checks what training is needed, starts, and coordinates skill training for workers, with supervisor's approval.
• Creates and gives tests to check employees' knowledge and skills as required by the SU program.
• Develops training guides and materials using provided templates, with department approval.
• Keeps logs and records organized, making sure all training documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manages yearly retraining certifications for all workers.
• Sets up meetings before manufacturing to review necessary process documents.
• Communicates with workers about their department needs.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum two (2) + years’ experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment. Pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
