Jericho Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist/Recruiter to join our team. As an Staffing Specialist/ Recruiter, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events and assignments. As well as being able to staff different positions for veries clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events and assignments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event and assignments objectives and requirements
- Develop events and assignments timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Manage event and assignments budgets and ensure expenses are within allocated limits
- Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, signage, etc.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct post-events and assignments evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

-Staff qualified candidates different positions with veries clients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event and assignment staffing field or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in events and assignment marketing strategies and techniques
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with fundraising concepts and techniques
- Ability to negotiate contracts with clients

-Must have after hours, weekends, and holidays availability. Open availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
