Big Rig Garage is currently seeking highly motivated and an experienced Diesel Technician with a minimum of 3 years of prior experience. Preferably someone with previous truck repair shop / dealership experience. We are in search of highly skilled technicians, with a compensation structure that can be extremely rewarding. We are located just outside downtown Indianapolis and have developed a very strong brand name and reputation in the area with several fleets that we service regularly. We are a small family owned company that puts their people first in which your hard work and skills are appreciated. We are in search of a true professional that takes pride in their work. At Big Rig Garage we treat everyone like family, as we are your home away from home.

Standard work shifts are Monday – Friday : 8am – 5pm with a 40 hour work week, however we are open to a flexible schedule of your choosing if you desire something else. Currently we are also in search of weekend hours support.

Having a Class A CDL is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges from $29.00 to $42.00 per flat rate hour based upon experience, with opportunities for bonus through flat rate opportunities.
