Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process orders
• Answer phones
• Check email
• Assist with customer questions
• Recognize priorities and problem solving
• Check parts availability
• Basic part orders with part numbers provided by customers
• Transfer calls to a Tech or the parts department based on their needs
• Follow up with customers, including on Techs’ estimates
• Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
• Employ sales techniques
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Suggest products and services to customers based on their needs
• Work Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper-level sales staff (after completion of 90-day probationary period - at management discretion)
