Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn Lewisville by Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. Marriott experience required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
