Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking a CNC Programmer to join a local manufacturer in Centennial, CO The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming 3-5 axis CNC mills, developing new CNC programs and modify existing programs for various products to be milled. This person will also be responsible for performing regular quality checks with the operators to ensure accurate manufacturing while making manual adjustments as necessary.

Job Highlights:

• Write CNC programs for production runs
• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions, choose cutting tools, machine speeds and feed rates
• Modify existing programs for different machines to maximize efficiency and the quality of the product being produced
• Maintain tooling database
• Make manual program adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
• Constantly seek out opportunities for improvement in the tooling, programming, and machine capabilities of the CNC area

What we look for:

• Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus
• Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings
• Experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC mills and routers
• Familiarity with Mastercam and Fagor
• Basic math skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
