Outside sales representative that promotes Garden state tile products to trade /professional customers that focus on the residential part of the business. Territory includes PA - Eastern half North to South Delaware State NJ – Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, Mercer, Hunterdon, Warren, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean. These customers include tile stores (retailers/dealers) floor covering stores, Interior designers, home builders, design build firms, kitchen and bath stores. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely concierge customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. When necessary, assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Requirements:
  • Account merchandising and sampling.
  • Relationship building, mapping & networking.
  • Product expertise sufficient to be a valued resource to specifiers.
  • Account auditing and developing.
  • Account researching, prospecting, and targeting.
  • During the first three months become GST product, systems and procedure expert.
  • During year one be passionate about Concierge Customer Service, Customer Relationships and Product Presentations and Product Expertise.
  • Make sure that every guest encountered had an authentic personal meaningful experience.
  • Continually educate yourself on our products by study of launch documents, product range and our company so you can offer a "Personal Shopping Experience" to our Guests.
