Title: 911 Dispatch Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Dispatch - EMS
Location: Frisco, CO
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule options
Pay: $36 - $53/hr based on experience, plus full benefits

The Dispatch Supervisor duties to include but not limited to:
-Assigning and delegating work projects
-Scheduling employees to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
-Ensuring that standards of service are maintained in accordance with national standards
-Responsible for performance management, including work performance, coaching, mentoring, and implementing corrective action for performance and conduct issues
-Performs the duties of a 911 dispatcher as required

REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
-EMD, CPR, AED, and NIMS certifications
-Minimum 3 years of 911 dispatch experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
