Project Manager (Custom Cabinetry and Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

**Position Overview:**

The Project Manager is the driving force behind our custom millwork, metal, and refrigeration projects. From fabrication to installation, you'll oversee every detail to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations. If you're a self-motivated individual eager to expand our customer base, we want to hear from you

**Essential Job Functions:**

  • Understand our manufactured products and their intended use.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, emphasizing our custom manufacturing expertise.
  • Define and document project functions and responsibilities.
  • Assemble project teams, review plans, and obtain buy-in from all parties.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project to create detailed project plans.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage project changes, approvals, and revisions.
  • Conduct weekly project reviews with the team.
  • Source and price projects promptly.
  • Coordinate inventory levels and deliveries.
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and solve on-site problems.
  • Conduct post-mortems on completed projects for continuous improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge or background in woodworking and project management preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, multi-task environment.

**Education and/or Experience:**

  • Associate's degree in project management, architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience.

**Physical Demands:**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk, hear, walk, stand, lift/carry objects, stoop, kneel, couch, grasp, manipulate objects, and use hands. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

**Work Environment:**

The work environment includes both office and manufacturing plant settings. Exposure to dust and moderate noise levels is expected.
