What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?

Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.


The ideal child care teacher has:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
  • A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
  • Training provided for those passionate about early education


With our seven child care locations throughout Greater Green Bay, there are always opportunities to grow.

  • The Rosebush Center – University Ave in East Green Bay: Preschool, 4K Aide Teacher, School Age Teacher
  • The Cornerstone Center – Broadway in Downtown Green Bay: Preschool Teacher
  • Carol and Robert Bush Center- Pine Street in East Green Bay: Float Teacher & 4K Aide Teacher
  • Bellin Health Center - Webster Ave in East Green Bay: Preschool Teacher
  • Pulaski Center - Nancy Ln in Pulaski: Preschool Teacher & School Age Teacher

Hours based upon the location (not to go outside of business hours Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
