Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with customers from the first point of contact through to job completion.
  • Guide clients through the initial insurance claim filing process, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Regularly update clients on the status of their account, maintaining transparency and satisfaction.
  • Understand and review insurance estimates, reaching out to insurance carriers regarding payment specifics.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to pinpoint their needs, preferences, and limitations regarding roofing options.
  • Schedule inspections for project assessments.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our roofing products and services.
  • Inform customers about available financial options.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of roof components and assembly.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and claim processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer service or roofing industry is a plus.
  • Have your own business or self employed federal number (this is a 1099 position and will require your own equipment etc. to perform the contracted work.)
