Physical Dimensions Integrative Health Group is a leading integrative conservative health care clinic that consists of sports chiropractors, physical therapists and a nurse practitioner with a medical team that provides superior multi-disciplinary care.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their condition and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including soft tissue therapy, manual techniques, exercises and stretches.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with sports chiropractors and nurse practitioners.
- Supervise rehab plans to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appropriately assign CPT codes for all procedures performed for that day.
- Write necessary reports for personal injury (PI), Auto and Work Comp patients.
- Write necessary reports to substantiate care when needed.
- Coordinate care if referrals are needed outside the clinic.
- Occasionally assist staff with hooking patients up to traction, electric stim, GameReady, ARP Wave, kinesiotape, etc.
Skills:
- Strong soft tissue therapy techniques.
- Well versed in manual therapies.
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy to assess movement patterns and identify areas of dysfunction.
- Physiology knowledge: Knowledge of how the body functions to develop effective treatment plans.
- Works well in a multi-discipline team setting. Must be willing to collaborate with sports chiropractors and medical professionals, as well as other physical therapists with differing skill sets.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. As well as interpersonal skills to interact clearly and build positive relationships with other providers and staff.
- Willing to learn and to progress in the profession.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and works well with minimal supervision.
Experience and Licensing/Certifications
- Physical therapist license is required.
- 1+ Years experience preferred but new grads are also welcome to apply.
- Certified Dry Needling (Kinetacore) preferred.
- Advanced Certifications (e.g. SFMA, FMS, Pelvic Floor, RockTape, Graston, IASTM, etc.)-optional but preferred.
