Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable individual.  The Project Coordinator opportunity requires a task-oriented, detail focused individual who is passionate about supporting our Installers, Project Managers, and Customers alike. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and preparation of sales proposals, project manuals, and maintenance manuals
  • Maintain CRM to assist with sales activity and pipeline management
  • Create project files for new projects
  • Generate purchase orders and assist with parts/equipment ordering
  • Assist with monthly customer invoicing
  • Review and approve vendor invoices
  • Follow-up on equipment ship dates and deliveries
  • Issue return requests for excess material and equipment
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Efficient in computer programs such as Excel, Work, Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to get things done, overcome obstacles, and deliver results
  • Must have ability to multitask and to be a team player
