Customer Success Associate

Revscale.ai, a leader in next-generation technology solutions for sales acceleration, is seeking motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success Associates. Join us to enrich your skills in customer relationship management, account analysis, and trend monitoring, while contributing to our mission of driving growth for companies of all sizes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of customer success strategies, with a focus on understanding and leveraging cultural and social trends, and a chance to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of customer accounts to ensure they are optimized for success. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on a deep understanding of Revscale AI's offerings.
  • Offboarding Processes: Manage the offboarding process for clients ending their journey with us. Ensure a smooth transition by handling all necessary documentation and feedback collection to understand areas of improvement.
  • Social Trends Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest cultural and social trends, particularly those relevant to the US market. Analyze and report on how these trends can impact customer engagement and suggest strategies to leverage these insights for business growth.
  • Organizational Tasks: Assist with various organizational tasks to support the customer success team. This may include data entry, scheduling, and managing resources efficiently to support team operations.
  • Account Update Tasks: Perform miscellaneous account updates, such as labeling accounts not a fit, updating global limits, and other ad hoc tasks. These tasks require attention to detail and an understanding of customer account parameters within Revscale Sales.
  • Other tasks relevant to the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program related to Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, sales, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies.
  • Keen analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially within the US context.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
