Duties:

  • Operate and maintain Sheet metal Shear.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product components meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and production requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience using a Shear to cut sheet metal in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
  • Familiarity with shear, press brake machines, and forklift operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers is beneficial.

Schedule is M-F 7 am - 3:30 pm
