Descripción del Puesto:

Como Especialista en Taxonomía Social, serás responsable de desarrollar y mantener sistemas de clasificación que mejoren nuestra comprensión de los impactos sociales de nuestras operaciones. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de RSE y sostenibilidad para asegurar que nuestras prácticas reflejen nuestros valores y compromisos sociales.

Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Desarrollar y gestionar taxonomías para categorizar impactos e iniciativas sociales.
  • Analizar datos sociales para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y riesgos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para integrar la taxonomía social en los procesos internos.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de informes de sostenibilidad y responsabilidad social.
  • Recomendar mejoras basadas en análisis de impacto social.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Sociología, Trabajo Social, Ciencias Ambientales o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada en roles similares, enfocados en la clasificación y análisis de información social.
  • Profundo conocimiento de las cuestiones sociales contemporáneas y su impacto en la sociedad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diversos grupos de interés.
  • Habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
  • Fluidez en español, con preferencia por el dominio de un segundo idioma.
