Material Handler

Join Our Team

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. This role involves handling and moving materials within our facility to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Move materials using forklift trucks and other equipment.
  • Perform picking and packing tasks.
  • Conduct cycle counting and generate reports.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of material handling/forklift operator experience.
  • Valid forklift operator certification and driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices.

Physical Demands:

  • Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and moving machinery.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 15 feet.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay rate: $20
  • Shift: 2nd
