Inside Sales

Job Description
Combination of preparation of mailings with follow-up phone sales and preparation of bids to municipalities.
Typical work items include:
Identification of customers requested items from catalogs and other data sources
Preparation of pricing using competitive data and prior customer activity
Answering customer inquiries about orders/shipments
Analysis of competitive information obtained from bidding process
Follow-Up to collection of delinquent accounts

Previous sales experience, strong preference for industrial components or consumer parts (appliance parts, auto parts)
Mechanical Aptitude

Summary
As an Inside Sales representative, you will leverage your core skills in English, customer service, and sales to effectively communicate with clients and drive revenue through successful sales strategies. Your premium skills in negotiation, B2B sales, and technology sales will enable you to excel in closing deals and meeting sales targets. Additionally, your relevant skills in business development and outbound calling will support your efforts in expanding the customer base and generating leads. With a focus on utilizing your technical sales expertise and CRM software knowledge, you will contribute to the growth and success of the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
