Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with potential for full time. In this role, you will conduct one-on-one sessions with patients, each lasting one hour, to help them achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals. This position is ideal for someone who values patient-centered care and thrives in a supportive and balanced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapeutic sessions, each lasting one hour.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
