We are looking for experienced Insulators to join our team in Sherman, TX. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing and applying insulation materials on various types of systems and equipment to ensure efficient energy use and temperature control. Duties:

• Material Selection & Preparation: Choose appropriate insulation materials based on job specifications and prepare them for application.
• Installation: Apply insulation to pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to safety standards.
• Sealing & Wrapping: Seal and secure insulation with vapor barriers, metal cladding, or other protective materials to prevent damage and maintain effectiveness.
• Measurement & Cutting: Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit the dimensions of the equipment and structures being insulated.
• Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of insulation installations to ensure continued performance and compliance with regulations.
