Position: As a Bilingual Compliance Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, spearheading the efficient processing of certified payroll, meticulous management of compliance processes and documentation, and expert handling of filing and reporting requirements for government subcontractors and their Subcontractors. We're seeking a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and exhibits an unwavering attention to detail and urgency. What You'll Do:

Payroll and Compliance Management
Client Interaction and Communication
Data Management and Reporting

What You'll Bring:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
1-2 years of experience in an entry-level accounting, finance, or related role is preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level compliance role highly preferred.
Strong mathematical skills.
Associate or bachelors degree highly preferred. 2
A can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solvingyou are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task that comes your way.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailyou thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and other relevant software.
A team player mentality with a willingness to pitch in and support your colleagues whenever needed.
