Position Overview:

We're seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to help us ensure that
our products reach our customers promptly and in perfect condition. As a Delivery

Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining careful records, providing excellent
customer service, and representing our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport coffee products to various
retail locations.
Stock shelves and displays with Addison Coffee Roasters' premium coffee products.
Maintain accurate and organized delivery records, including invoices and receipts.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer
inquiries or concerns.
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient
operation.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Report any delivery discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy coffee products.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Knowledge of the Addison, TX area and familiarity with delivery routes is a plus.
