Job DescriptionJob Description

PrideStaff is currently seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative for a Client in the Romeoville area. This position requires someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and GREAT ENERGY

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)

Pay: $17-$19/hr per hour depending on experience

*** Once hired on, will receive commission on top of base pay ***

Main Duties:

  • Manage and grow appointed territory
  • Contact and qualify accounts based on industry and size of a given facility or company
  • Cold Calling ***
  • Identify decision makers and buyers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goal.
  • Maintain client records
  • Business to Business Sales

Required Skills:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Good Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Bilingual is a PLUS
