Must be able to train and manage staff.
Monitor and utilize correct coding
Manage and run reports on the AR for staff
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, staff and Providers
Monitor billing and collection trends
Negotiate insurance contracts
Process claims daily
Monitor all facets of the billing department
