Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and perform technical aspects of project
  • Prepare monthly billing sheet
  • Lead project meeting updates
  • Review monthly measurements and work with the Site Manager/Director to direct work efforts to correct any measurement misses
  • Communicate with client representatives to ensure their needs are being met
  • Negotiation & management of subcontracts and change orders, invoices and associated documentation
  • Projects to Customer Service Handoff and Admin Inactivation
  • Prepare, review and distribute RFIs
  • Maintain job subcontract and submittal Log
  • Maintain job files and as-builts
  • Develop and maintain schedule
  • Review, evaluate, approve, and monitor cost schedule and technical scope baselines
  • Determine long lead items for pre-order requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate activities and resources needed for efficient execution of work
  • Promptly notify the Client PM when priorities, resource conflicts, and/or long lead items prevent meeting the deadline for completion of planned work so that appropriate action can be taken to adjust project schedules
  • Request assistance from management when conflicts arise concerning resource allocation to work load requirements
  • Prepare project status reports, and provide data to others for reporting as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field and/or five years of progressively complex facilities/construction experience
  • Experience with oversight of ground-up construction projects
  • Experience with oversight of multi-million dollar construction projects
  • Experience with design or installation of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
