  • This position focuses on quality management, program management and has more technical sides to it.
  • Responsible for interior parts such as seats and interior trim.
  • These specifically include headliners, sound insulation, carpets, seats, load floors, foam parts, etc.
  • Would manage between 3-5 suppliers depending on the size.
  • Some are just in sequence suppliers and need constant monitoring. In addition, there are bulk suppliers which typically don’t need as much monitoring.

  • Needs to have understanding of production and shop floor management and quality management methods and processes.
  • Nice to have:
  • Previous automotive experience would be highly preferred.
