Swoon is seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Recruitment Coordinator for one of its clients, a big name in the Financial Services Industry.

  • Location - Hybrid (Tues - Thurs) Riverwoods, IL
  • Pay rate - 35$ per hour, 40 hours a week

**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will manage and support executive-level recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

From coordinating interview schedules to arranging travel logistics and events, you will play a crucial role in representing the company to executive-level candidates and facilitating a positive recruitment experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and support executive-level recruitment processes, including coordinating interview schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Represent the company to executive-level candidates, accommodating their needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues, proactively finding solutions to logistic challenges.
- Coordinate executive-level candidate interviews, accommodating internal and external executives' expectations and requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate dinners, lunches, and other events as part of the recruitment process.
- Communicate with company executives and executive assistants to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities.
- Promote the company brand by delivering a seamless and positive recruitment process for candidates.
- Anticipate logistic issues and proactively find solutions to ensure the quality of the entire recruitment process.
- Manage calendars, travel reservations, expense reports, and paperwork related to executive recruitment activities.
- Identify and implement program or project solutions to enhance the candidate or hiring manager experience.
- Compose responses to inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Distribute requests for information, track progress, and follow up on actions taken to support recruitment activities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage logistics and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in schedules and availability.
- Experience in executive assistance, recruitment coordination, or related roles for at least 6 years.
- High school diploma or GED required.
